How to make your declaration image
- Copy the official text shown in the tool, word for word, with your name in the blank.
- Write it by hand on white paper with a black pen, in English, not in capitals.
- Take a clear, flat, well-lit picture or scan, and add it to the tool.
- Frame it so the writing fills the box, keep paper cleaning on, check the ticks and save.
Common reasons it gets rejected
- Written in capital letters, or by someone else.
- Written in a language other than English.
- Blurred, smudged or too dark to read.
- The wrong size: it must be 800 × 400 pixels and 50–100 KB.

Questions
What is the IBPS hand-written declaration text?
"I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." Write your name in the blank.
What size must the declaration image be?
800 × 400 pixels, 50–100 KB, JPG, from the official IBPS guidelines.
Can I write the declaration in Hindi or another language?
No. The notices say it must be in English. A declaration in any other language, or written by someone else, makes the application invalid.
Can I write it in capital letters?
No. Declarations in capital letters are not accepted. Write in your normal handwriting.
What if I can't write?
The notices say candidates who cannot write may get the declaration text typed, then put their left thumb impression below it (if they can't sign either), and upload that.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
