Choosing the right photo tool
Exam, job and visa portals each set their own photo rules: exact pixels, a KB range, a file format and sometimes a background colour. A photo that breaks one rule is rejected, often without saying which.
Each tool here carries one form's published rules, with a link to the official source and the date we last checked it. Pick the form you're applying for and add a photo from your phone. ReadyFile crops, resizes and compresses it to match, then shows a pass or fail for every rule.
- Form not listed? Every photo tool has a Custom size option: type the pixels and KB from your notice.
- Only need a smaller file, not exact pixels? Compress an image to exact KB
