What ReadyFile is, what it isn't, and why you should always check your official notice.

Last updated 21 Oct 2026

Not an official service

ReadyFile is independent. We are not part of, endorsed by or linked to any government, the Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog), any exam body, embassy, consulate or recruitment agency.

Requirements can change

The sizes, file limits and rules we show come from the sources linked beside them, as of the “checked” date. Offices can change their rules at any time, and individual notices can differ. Always confirm the requirements in your own notice or on the official portal. See how we check specs.

No guarantee of acceptance

Our tools help your file meet technical rules such as pixels, file size and format. Whether a photo or document is accepted is always decided by the office or portal that receives it, which may also judge things a tool cannot, such as pose, lighting or likeness.

Not professional advice

Our guides are general information. They are not legal, immigration or professional advice. For decisions about visas, immigration or legal matters, speak to the official authority or a qualified adviser.

ReadyFile is free because it shows ads. Some links to other services, such as photo printing or document tools, may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We label these links, and they never affect which sizes or rules we show.

We link to official sources and other websites for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
