How to turn images into a PDF

      1. Add your images. You can pick several at once, or add more later.
      2. Put them in order with the arrows. Each image becomes one page.
      3. Choose A4 or the image’s own size, and colour or black and white.
      4. Leave the limit on No limit for full quality, or pick the KB your form asks for.
      5. Check the preview, then save the PDF.

      Taking good photos of documents

      • Lay the page flat on a dark table, in daylight, and hold your phone straight above it.
      • Fill the frame with the page. Less background means a sharper, smaller file.
      • Avoid your shadow and the flash, which leaves a bright patch.

      Black and white for documents

Black and white saves each page as pure black and white, the way an office scanner does. Text stays sharp and the PDF is a fraction of the size, which helps with small upload limits. Photos, stamps and coloured logos turn solid black, so keep colour for those.

      Questions

      Are my images uploaded?

No. ReadyFile makes the PDF in your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photos and documents never leave your device.

Can I change the order of the pages?

Yes. Each image is one page, in the order of the list. Use the arrows to move an image up or down, or the cross to remove it.

A4 or same as each image?

A4 for documents and forms, because that's what offices print and many portals expect. Each image is fitted on the page with a small margin, and landscape images get landscape pages. Choose "same as each image" when the page should match the photo exactly.

      Can I add iPhone photos?

Yes. HEIC photos are converted on your device. The first time, ReadyFile loads HEIC support (about 780 KB, only once).

How do I get the PDF under a KB limit?

Pick a limit, or type the exact KB your form asks for. ReadyFile finds the sharpest result that fits. For text documents, black and white keeps text crisp at a much smaller size.

How many images can I add?

Up to 30 in one PDF. For more, make two PDFs.
